All the ingredients in this soap were chosen for the properties they lend to add in cleansing and purifying the skin. Oils were infused with chamomile and calendula petals to reduce inflammation and soothe. Tea tree oil is used for it's antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, targeting bacteria and yeast in the pores. Clay is added to absorb facial oils from the pores and clear them. Extra chamomile and calendula petals for gentle exfoliation. It's a spa facial in a bar!
Babies & children: Helpful to cleanse baby's bottom after diaper changes to help soothe, heal, or prevent diaper rash.

Tea Tree Essential Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)

German health authorities recommend it for topical use in minor wounds and ulcers because it is believed to increase collagen metabolism. Anti-hemorrhage, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, fungicidal. Useful for burns, cuts, eczema, oily greasy skin, bruises, soothes skin, inflammations, insect bites, rashes, wounds, cracked dry skin, varicose veins. Stretch marks, diaper rash, immune boosting, anti viral. Shown in laboratory test to induce granulation, which is an integral part of the heal process for wounds.
Chamomile, Roman and German:
